I am a passionate and skilled film editor with extensive experience in post-production, specializing in editing, assistant editing, and Digital Imaging Technician (DIT) roles. Proficient in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Pro Tools, I have a deep understanding of storytelling through both visual and audio elements.

 

I hold a Master of Arts in Film and TV Production from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication (Video & Audio) from the Canadian International College in Cairo. My expertise includes color correction, sound mixing, ADR recording, and managing Avid Nexis and EditShare systems; I excel in all major Non-Linear Editing (NLE) systems. ensuring smooth workflows in collaborative environments.

 

As an Avid Certified Specialist and a BAFTA Albert Sustainable Production-certified professional, I have worked on multiple short and mid-length films, transforming raw footage into compelling narratives. Some of my recent projects include Lead Me Here (2024), We Will Meet Again (2024), and The Sea Should Part (2023), where I served as both editor and sound editor.
